MCHOSE is committed to delivering high-quality products with excellent performance. We understand that occasionally our products may not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
For items not purchased directly through the MCHOSE online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.
Notice: MCHOSE DOES NOT accept returns or refunds for non-quality related issues. Return of the product also depends completely on the warranty.
If you encounter a quality issue, please reach out to us via email at management@burhanielectronics.com. We will assist you with a solution, we offer a one-year limited warranty for repair, replacement, or return.
Received Wrong Layout/Version
If the product you received is not what you ordered, please send us a photo of the product and the tracking number (printed or handwritten on paper). Email this information to us at management@burhanielectronics.come within 7 days of receiving your order.
Order Cancellation
If you have requested to cancel your order, but the product has already been shipped, we are unable to process a refund. Once the product leaves our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.
Incorrect Contact Information or Address, Refusing Import Clearance, or Refusing to Sign for the Parcel
In these cases, the seller will not be held responsible for any costs, charges, expenses, or losses incurred by the buyer. All order shipment notifications will be sent via email. Please check your order and shipping status in a timely manner to avoid delays or errors.
Not Receiving the Product from a Shipping Courier
If all delivery information is correct, we recommend that you contact the courier directly for assistance with any delivery issues. We will not issue a refund if the courier has delivered the package as per the tracking information. However, our team can assist you by providing shipping documents or helping you with the claim process.
Refunds (if applicable)
If the product has a non-human-related quality issue that cannot be resolved by after-sales support, MCHOSE will offer a partial refund based on the product's usage time or provide a replacement.
